1ST IN CARE LTD offers staffing solutions in the North West. Driving license and car is essential for most positions. If you are provided with a shift 20 miles outside of your home post code; 1ST IN CARE LTD may consider to reimburse any costs incurred. *Evidence will be required when potentially claiming back.
We ensure an enhanced DBS check is completed and a number of compliance checks are undertaken prior to joining.
Our staff are equipped with all mandatory training such as moving and handling, care certificate, health and safety and other basic first aid/life support as required by CQC essential standard.

No Experience – We Can Help
At 1ST IN CARE LTD we offer training solutions to ensure staff have received fully vetted training. Our training consists of:
- Manual handling: our in-house training is specialized in manual handling
- On-line health training course
- Shadow shifts provided to ensure our staff can reach their maximum competency through an understanding of the theory relating to health care
